SMS / Mobile Messaging Consent

When you submit a form on this website and check the SMS-consent box, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from Patuxent Homes at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include a cash offer on your property, follow-up communications about the sale of your home, appointment confirmations and reminders, and customer-care responses. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further texts. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@patuxenthomes.online or (410) 604-8350. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or consent data collected as part of our SMS program will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for any purpose. The categories of information covered by this restriction include text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third party other than the SMS service providers, subcontractors, and aggregators (such as our messaging platform and carriers) strictly as necessary to transmit our messages to you; those providers are contractually bound to keep this information confidential and to use it solely to operate our messaging program on our behalf.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you submit through our forms, including your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your situation and timeline. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser/user-agent, the page from which you submitted, and the date and time of submission, which we retain as a record of your consent.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to evaluate your property, prepare and present a cash offer, communicate with you about the potential sale of your home, and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Security

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to maintain auditable records of consent as required by applicable law and carrier rules, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. To exercise these rights, contact info@patuxenthomes.online. (California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of other states may have rights under their state privacy laws.)
